The Service Engineer will be able to support and perform all phases of Service Center work, including RMR reports, failure reports, quotations and the coordination of sub-contract service providers. The position will also require field service assignments and collaboration with other departments.
Job Duties:
Generate repair and failure reports
Create quote packages
Coordinate sub-contract Service Providers
Coordinate service center orders
Offer technical assistance to Canada and Baltimore Service Centers
Perform Field Service including:
Installation Assistance
Troubleshooting
Maintenance Training
Offer sales representatives support for product offering and service expertise
Collaborate with service technicians on equipment techniques and troubleshooting
Design and document repair processes procedures as required; including drawings

Requirements
B.S. Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
1 – 3 years experience in manufacturing operations, engineering or technical service.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes & hands-on mechanical background
Strong communications skills; ability to interface with customers
Demonstrated written and analytical skills for technical reports and quotations
Ability to travel on short notice
