for a direct Materials Manager in the Baltimore, Maryland are. This is an exciting new opportunity to work in the government sector! Related experience can include Planners, Buyers, Schedulers, Program Managers, etc.

Position Requirements:
• Minimum B.A. in Purchasing or Materials Management with 5 years materials/purchasing management experience.
• Prefer B.A. in Purchasing or Materials Management with 10 years materials/purchasing management.
• Certification(s) in APICS, BPCS or CPIM, preferred
• 5-10 years experience as a Materials manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Must have a thorough understanding of the principles of inventory management, organizational development and government accounting practices.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft office software products including Powerpoint, Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. Computer skills with variety of ERP and engineering software packages.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
