Description:
Experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to perform a technical leadership role in the department. Identify the value opportunity for the customer; define system architecture; then design, develop, document, and validate battery electrical design, controls, and appropriate test equipment. Troubleshoot issues in production, test, and in the field. Perform work without detailed technical direction and with only minimal technical review. Take a leading role in determining the direction of future developments.

Requirements:
Requires B.S in Electrical Engineering and 15 years of experience. System definition for undefined customer needs. Circuit design and troubleshooting of digital and analog electronics, including test equipment and built-in-test circuits. Must have an understanding of system development cost estimation, project cost management, and electronics cost drivers.

Must be US citizen or green card holder

Must have:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. (Not Electrical Engineering Technology)
• Experience performing analog circuit design.
• Experience designing power supplies or power converters.
• Experience in either military, aviation, medical, or telecom (experience dealing with onerous customer requirements).
