Primary Responsibilities:
· Estimate, negotiate and purchase labor and materials from suppliers.
· Receive verbal or written job scope from suppliers or technicians and prepare estimate of total job cost.
· Obtain, review and approve formal written and verbal quotes from suppliers to deliver best cost.
· Communicate estimate and quote status to internal customer representatives, company leadership, and, if needed, directly to customer.
Job Qualifications:
· 3-5 years experience estimating/quoting facility maintenance services
· HVAC/R, Electrical and Plumbing technical experience
