Job Duties:
The Materials Planner will use the Master Schedule to plan material usage, release purchase requisitions to assure materials are in house to meet Production schedules. Review Change Orders and Component Requests to maintain product structures in MFG-Pro. Entry of Item Masters. Identify shortages on the daily schedules and expedite delivery to avoid schedule interruptions. Work with Materials Manager to develop better systems for the materials group. Enter cycle counts, execute material transfers, and generate stock sweeps as required.

Requirements:
• Business Degree required. APICS certification is a plus. 3+ years Material Planning is a must.
• General math, problem solving, communication, and MS Excel skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of MFG/PRO or previous use of a Materials Management Software and MS Office Software (Outlook and Word)is preferred.
• Must be US citizen or green card holder.
