Program Manager
An executive position is available with a small (20 person) electronics manufacturing company. The Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring progress on several (approximately 10) projects, organize appropriate resources to meet schedules, and advise customers and company management of current status. The PM will report to the company president and call upon resources in the Manufacturing, Test, QC, Mechanical Design, and Electrical Design departments.

The PM will be expected to:
Develop schedules for each project in collaboration with appropriate resource managers.
Update project schedules to determine time and cost to complete.
Prepare Gantt charts for project tracking and customer review.
